Returns & Refunds policy

At APR GADGET PVT. LTD, we aim to provide high-quality web development and digital services to our clients. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may request cancellation of services by sending a written request via email to aprpvtltd479@gmail.com.

• Cancellation requests will only be considered if made before the project work has commenced.

• Once the project has started, or resources have been allocated, the order cannot be cancelled.

• For milestone-based projects, cancellation after completion of any milestone will result in charges for the work already completed.

2. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be provided once the project has started or any deliverables have been shared.

• If payment is made in advance and the project has not yet begun, a refund may be issued after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges.

• Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Customized web development services

  • Domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates

  • Third-party software, plugins, themes, or licenses

  • Digital marketing or SEO services already initiated

3. Partial Refunds

• In case of project termination initiated by APR GADGET PVT. LTD due to unavoidable circumstances, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed.

• The refund amount, if any, will be calculated after reviewing project progress and expenses incurred.

4. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.

• APR GADGET PVT. LTD will not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

5. Changes to Services

• Any request for changes or modifications after project approval may result in additional charges.

• Such changes do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
